POPSS SYNDROME                                                                                             

METHOD:

     Author has treated thousands of patients with UGAP pain.

     This study described 203 patients seen in one office practice of General Surgery between
      1983 and 2006. All these patients presented with groin, lower abdominal and pelvic pain. Age
       ranged from 18 to 92 years, most common being 30 to 60 years. Maority were female (76%)
